System Engineering & Features

  1. High-Efficiency Manifold Design
  • Bank Sequencing: Divided into Low, Medium, and High pressure banks to ensure maximum gas recovery and faster vehicle refuelling speeds at the dispensing point.
  • Plumbing: SS-316 high-pressure tubing with double-ferrule compression fittings for leak-proof performance.
  1. Safety & Compliance
  • Standards: Cylinders manufactured as per IS: 7285 (Part 2) and PESO guidelines.
  • Protection: Each cylinder is equipped with a Safety Relief Device (SRD) containing a burst disc and a fusible plug (125°C) to prevent over-pressurization or fire-related hazards.
  • Testing: 100% of cascades undergo pneumatic and hydro-testing at 400+ Bar.

  • Frame: Heavy-duty structural steel with anti-corrosion epoxy coating or hot-dip galvanization.
  • Mobile Ready: Frames are designed to withstand high vibration and “G-loads” for LCV/HCV transportation across varying terrains.
